Hi,

I'm Lysha!

I’m a Denver-based dog photographer with a lifelong love for capturing dogs and the adventures we share with them. My photography journey started as a teenager with my grandfather’s old digital camera, mostly taking pictures of my guinea pigs and friends. But everything changed when I got my miniature dachshund, Lotje. She quickly became my muse and helped me discover my passion for dog photography.

After moving to Colorado in 2020 to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, I found endless inspiration in this state’s breathtaking landscapes. Exploring mountain trails and open spaces with Lotje deepened my love for dog photography. When she passed away, I realized how meaningful those photos truly were, a way to relive our adventures and preserve her spirit.

Today, I share my adventures with my dog Kipper, who’s become both my model and my muse. Together, we explore Colorado’s wild places, creating images that celebrate the bond between dogs, their humans, and the landscapes that connect them.

While photography is still a growing passion, my dream is to turn it into a lifelong profession, capturing magical dogs in amazing places and helping others preserve their own stories through my lens.

If you're a fellow dog lover who dreams of capturing your dog's story, I'd love to create something beautiful together!
